IEFT's Overseas Universities Student Recruitment Days event in mid-August is the perfect opportunity for education providers abroad to conduct spot admissions and fill available seats for the coming academic year. Turkish students recently would have been informed of their placements in the domestic universities, and many of those who have been shutout or are unhappy with their placement will be actively pursuing options abroad. With over a million students each year competing for around 250,000 places in Turkish universities, the potential number of qualified students seeking education opportunities abroad is staggering.

Recruitment Days will take place in Istanbul – Hilton Hotel and Ankara – Sheraton Hotel on 16^th  (Saturday) and  17^th (Sunday) of August, 2008  the event will be open to all visitors  free of charge, between 12:00 – 18:00 in Istanbul and 12:00 – 18:00 in Ankara.
Participants of this event will have the chance to talk to serious students who look for overseas study options and also their parents during these 2 days, even get on-site enrollments for their forthcoming academic programs. Therefore, IEFT will pre-screen the visitors to ensure you receive serious inquiries. This event is limited to 25 institutions and we expect  to pre-screen aprox. 800 potential students.
