 Payments, Cancellation & Refund Policy

If, after booking an event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. Should you need to cancel your registration the following refund policy will apply;

No refunds will be issued if the request is received less than four weeks before the event. If the exhibitor decides to cancel the participation before making the payment, the related rates will be paid by the exhibitor in any case.


> 45 days before exhibition:     75% refund on all fees
30-45 days before exhibition:   50% refund on booth fees, no refunds on flights

< 30 days before exhibition:     No refund and full fee will be applied


If there are any unexpected circumstances (pandemic new variant, natural disaster, etc. ) that we cannot organize the fair we will make a refund.   


Note:  ALL refunds will be subject to a $200 processing fee
