Participation fees include 2 representatives per institution. Additional delegates will be charged on your invoice at a cost of 60 $ per day.Please advise us under separate cover if more than two will be attending.

All registered IEFT exhibitors receive a free institution profile on IEFTOnline. IEFTONLINE system will allow Turkish Students to search the universities online before, during and after IEFT Fairs and universities can collect their leads in an online system and directly get in contact with them during or after the fair. The universities and colleges who are registered with IEFT Fairs in Turkey will automatically be entered into the system free of charge. After you submit your registration form, your username and password will be given for you to enter or update your school profile. For further assistance or your questions please contact IEFT Team.

Translators can be arranged at 90 $/day. Please indicate if you need this service. (Please note: We highly recommend translators to representatives travelling alone, as it provides the freedom to leave the booth for lunch, tea breaks, etc. without interrupting interaction with students.) 



Schools have an excellent opportunity to reach a targeting group of smaller students by booking a 25-minute presentation at our fairs in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir. Presentations take place in private seminar rooms, and IEFT provide translators which will be present throughout presentations. Your seminar time and topic will be published on the IEFT website; time slots are limited and given on a first-come basis. If you would like to reserve a slot, please indicate below in which cities you would like to present, and the title of your seminar.

IEFT is happy to offer 150cm X200 cm banner for the exhibitors for free of charge. Printing prices include free shipment to your stand and pick-up. We also offer you printing services with special rates for your flyer/brochure. For getting a price quotation please send an email to reservations@ieft.net

By submitting the online application form and/or signing the manual registration form the exhibitors agree to be bound by IEFT Fairs Terms & Conditions.

Payments, Cancellation & Refund Policy

If, after booking an event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. Should you need to cancel your registration the following refund policy will apply;

No refunds will be issued if the request is received less than four weeks before the event. If the exhibitor decides to cancel the participation before making the payment, the related rates will be paid by the exhibitor in any case.
> 45 days before exhibition: 75% refund on all fees
30-45 days before exhibition: 50% refund on booth fees, no refunds on flights
< 30 days before exhibition: No refund and full fee will be applied.

Note: ALL refunds will be subject to a $ 200 processing fee.
